2.      THBT deleting IPA and IPS is the best solution

a)    GOVERNMENT

I am Dilla Indah Tawakhalni I am from Muhammadiyah 1 vocational School of Ajibarang as the first speaker from The Government Team. I believe that deleting IPA and IPS is the best solution. Before, deleting is obviate, make nothing, but we should know deleting IPA and IPS in this problem is integrate this lessons into other subjects of lessons. So, IPA and IPS indirectly still taught to students. 

In essence , that was eliminated was the name of his studies , science and social studies . But the substance of teaching science and social studies none are eliminated.

Ministry of Education and Culture do it is not without reason. 

First : Subjects that so many turned out to be not directly proportional to the level of cognitive ( intelligence ) , affective (behavior ) , and psychomotor ( skills ) learners. The third aspect that must be achieved in this study it was not appear. In the cognitive aspect , the present curriculum produces graduates only SD -round responsibility . On the affective aspect , it is getting worse . Behaviors, attitudes , manners , ethics , and morality mostly elementary school students already many are not appropriate to their age . It has been very rare that we find elementary school children how to speak politely said , respect for parents, teachers and friends. Imagine , still in elementary school they had dared resist or say rude to parents and teachers , especially to friends .

Second : Dharmaningtyas said both these subjects still exist but merely changed its name . " Do not eliminate teaching science and social studies but the name or term only deleted . Later merged so General Studies ( IPU ) but still contains science and social studies lessons.

Third : subjects that too much does not guarantee science is taught to be practiced by the students . Better to emphasize three aspects mentioned in the first.

Forth : Lesson science and social science often displays as " facts " frozen spit back just memorized for the exam. Natural sciences and social delivered as a doctrine , and students lose the opportunity to study science as a way of thinking . Science and social studies lessons do not teach students to observe systematically , using abstract concepts to think and analyze the world .

Fifth : IPA bad teaching is reflected in the results of international assessments such as the Programme for International Student Assessment ( PISA ) . PISA is a standardized test that measures the ability of students aged 15 years in 70 countries in terms of literacy , mathematics , and natural sciences . The results of PISA 2006 showed that more than 60 % of Indonesian students are not classified as natural science literacy - they do not have the most basic ability once in identifying scientific issues , explaining phenomena scientifically , and using scientific evidence . Sadly , in 2009 the numbers have been increasing scientific

I am Dilla Indah Tawakhalni I am from Muhammadiyah 1 vocational School of Ajibarang as the first speaker from The Opposition Team. I Am not agree with the government team argument. Before, deleting is obviate, make nothing, Making youth character development as the primary task of the school is a mistake , especially if the consequence is to remove teaching science and social studies . The unique role of the school as a social institution is to develop students' ability to think scientifically and academically. No other social institutions that could fulfill this function , and the elimination of IPA and IPS actually injure the unique function . 

But the solution of the problem is not removing science and social studies curriculum . This shows the government's appreciation was lower against the natural sciences and social , and it will worsen the students' skills in scientific thinking . More sensible response is to start serious discussions on streamlining the range of topics science and social studies , as well as how to improve the ability of teachers to design and teach these lessons .

Ministry of Education seems to assume that science and social studies teaching contrary to the character development of students. This misguided not have happened if the natural and social sciences understood more holistically. Scientific practices include noble qualities such as honesty, humility, and courage. Scientists are expected to be honest in recording and reporting the results - the credibility of science as a social institution depends on this. Scientists also need humility when it turns out the predictions that they believed were not supported by the data. Scientists must be brave, especially when their findings are contrary to the basic beliefs of society - such as when Copernicus said that the Earth was not the center of the universe.

In closing, the elimination of IPA and IPS is an example of a policy that is not wise. Naturally, this assessment is if we still wish to be a nation that someday advance in science and technology.

IPS thought must be given to school children because IPS is a science that includes learning how to make social interaction. must be procured knowledge to interact with students so that later can mingle in society.

• IPS provides a place for students to learn and practice democracy.

• IPS is a means for self-development of students in a positive way.

how many educational institutions in Indonesia ? So many. We must cultivate and implement a sense of  nationalism , patriotism , but why we are more proud to go to school abroad ? indirectly we consider schools in Indonesia were lower than those of existing schools abroad . As an Indonesian student who has the spirit of patriotism , nationalism, we should be more love , appreciate what is in Indonesia . The government should ban students who received scholarships abroad , Indonesia no shortage of educational institutions . Indonesian state universities also have reliable . but why we are still proud to go to school abroad ?

Nationalism is an absolute requirement for the life of a country , because nationalism shaping people's awareness that the loyalty addressed to the State .

Lots of good college and excel in Indonesia . We do not need to go abroad to study. Indonesia could give birth to students who excel , achievement, and quality . Who says the Indonesian people stupid ? It's just lazy habits still attached to ourselves as the nation's youth .  Examples college Winning in Indonesia first UGM , UGM is the number one best universities in Indonesia . And was ranked as the world's top 781 universities . This needs to be grateful for , how many millions or even hundreds of millions of the world university UGM was ranked 781 . Second, ITB is the second best university in Indonesia and ranked the world's 819 best universities. do not underestimate the universities in Indonesia . A lot of foreign students are studying in Indonesia . why are we even abroad ? UNAIR, Universitas Brawijaya, Universitas Diponegoro, Insitut Pertanian Bogor, Institus Teknologi Sepuluh November (ITS), Insitut Padjajaran, Universitas Lampung and others.

Nasionalism do you think there should be a fully nationalism in Indonesia . it is the sense of nationalism in the strict sense . While understanding nationalism in the broad sense between countries in regard to tolerance , respect and the respect of other nations. patriotism is not a reason to restrict anyone from learning where and when. Everyone is our teacher , and nature is our school . Scholarships are awarded to students who excel government to study abroad is that Indonesian students have a wider horizon , a more memorable experience , skills , knowledge develops .

we do not live alone , so does the country . we are neighbors , in order to realize the goal of National Bangsa Indonesia as stated in the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution " Life Feeding the Nation and Joining Implementing Order of the World" we need to know , educating the nation will not be realized when we limit the scope of student learning . Acknowledging the weaknesses it better so that we can fix than we claim to be when it is not . Not that I do not love the country . 1.      THBT Indonesian Government has failed to protect West Papuans

I am Dilla Indah Tawakhalni I am from Muhammadiyah 1 vocational School of Ajibarang as the first speaker from The Government Team.  Yes we very agree with the motion that Indonesian Government has failed to protect West Papuans. as evidenced by the emergence of the Free Papua Movement ( OPM ), which until 2016 is not yet clear. 

The movement is banned in Indonesia , and the trigger for the occurrence of independence for the province that resulted in charges of treason. we know the range of policies to support economic growth in Indonesia suggestive dispossession and Indonesia's natural resources by big business . This process lead to further marginalization of indigenous peoples and local communities in Indonesia.

MP3EI economic master plan , which was launched last year the central government to support projects on a large scale private and public sector are almost ignored the issues of human rights ( Human Rights), the environment or the impact on the climate. The big plan includes major energy projects , infrastructure , industry and agribusiness in Indonesia . MP3EI for local people is tantamount to human rights abuses and environmental destruction as experienced in the days of the Suharto regime . This is because since the fall of the Suharto regime almost no progress in terms of protection of the rights of indigenous peoples or in the reform of the law relating to land and natural resources .  means the Indonesian government has violated the 1945 Constitution

As a result , conflicts over land intensified due to fight for the defense of the community and their livelihood from the clutches of developers palm plantations, mining and logging and agri- business developer . 2.      ensure respect for human rights and biodiversity incorporated as key criteria in a sustainable agrofuels regulation in the UK and the European Union;

3.      ensure that policies, programs and support the UK Government to British investment in Indonesia heeded Indonesian civil society to meet the climate justice and respect for the preservation of natural resources and livelihoods of indigenous peoples and local communities.

Indonesian Government is not failed to protect West Papuans. the emergence of organization the Free Papua ( OPM ) shows the separatist movement . they want to secede from Indonesia . But until now the fact that Indonesia still retains Papua.

The movement is banned in Indonesia , and the trigger for the occurrence of independence for the province which resulted in charges of treason.

The Free Papua Movement was a separatist movement which threatens the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Indonesia . They do a very extreme ways in breaking the Province of Papua and Papua Barat out of the Government of Indonesia . Extreme ways such as insurgency by the West Papua National Liberation Army . The formation of the military wing is clearly a threat to the security of the country . Their existence raises a conflict with the Indonesian military until the gunfire and the incidence of fatalities. In fact, they perform diplomatic dialogue on countries allied ( Melanesia ) to be able to recognition as a state.

We are disagree if Ridwan Kamil build an artificial beach in Bandung. all must be prepared and considered carefully . The proposal arose from society less picnics . Would not it be nice if building a place of education. create an artificial beach , means supporting the people who love holidays , frivolous , wasteful it does not educate the people of Bandung .

The most important first step is awareness of the people about the importance of disposing of waste in place, they ask woken beach but they still littering , this concerns the cleanliness of the beach which will be made later . And politeness on the street . reason 'd like to make the beach because of heavy traffic. Would not it be more solid if made ​​more recreational areas ? I'm not sure there is creativity there . I am Dilla Indah Tawakhalni I am from Muhammadiyah 1 vocational School of Ajibarang as the first speaker from The Government Team.  woman identical with gentleness , with us to support the rising of movies which the main actor is a powerful woman means we support that women are also powerful beings , not just the men who are always the main actor . indirectly films women as main actors give a message to us , a woman can be independent , have the power , not entitled to be oppressed by men who usually underestimated woman . They think they are the most powerful ? oh of course not . We know Megawati , she served as President of Indonesia . Women fighters known Indonesian , R A Kartini , Dewi Sartika , Cut Nyak Dien it shows women have the same rights and they have the power .

Patriarchal culture has a form which can vary , depending how one views the forms of injustice carried on women . Those who have powers are human. just like us, only they awarded the distinct advantages to humans in general by God. They have the same rights as us, if we approve this motion then we are violators of human rights. what is the difference we are the criminals? you know David Tammet has a remarkable ability, he is referred to as a calculator alive because he can remember all the formulas of mathematical calculations with ease.
